• All NEW accounts must fill in W-8BEN Form to trade in United States Stocks.

• All NEW Clients MUST have ALL documentation Certified.
  

For Individual Applications:

• a copy of your signed and valid passport or driver's License and

• proof of residency such as a copy of (ANY one):

- a utility bill

- ATO statement

- a bank statement or utility bill issued in the last 6 months

For Corporate/Trust Applications:

certificate of incorporation

copies of Trust Deeds

copies of passports or drivers licenses belonging to:

- authorized signatories to verify signatures and - proof of residency such as a copy of (ANY one):

- a utility bill

- ATO statement

- a bank statement or utility bill issued in the last 6 month

Print off the Spectrum Live Dealing Account Application, fill it out and mail with copies of identification to -
